I recently had a new air conditioner installed in my residence.  Here are the pictures of the installation and my opinion of the install.

Positives:

  • First contact with Luke was great
  • Luke really cared about taking care of us
  • He told us what was available and gave different options
  • Luke gave great information about service warranty
  • Communication was good up to day of install
  • Installation crew really tried to take care of every detail
  • Install crew did great
  • Installation was performed professionally
  • Install crew gave tips about AC.

Negatives:

  • I had to install an extended concrete pad (that wasn't Krauss & Cranes fault).
  • Time of install and communication on day of install wasn't good at all.

My rating I give them on a scale of 1-5

I adore Dunkin Donuts
vanilla chai tea but simply can’t afford to be buying it every time I want some. So I searched for a dupe that tasted like Dunkin Donuts version in particular and came across this wonderful dupe recipe. I thought I’d share it for everyone else. Best of all, this makes the perfect quick last minute gift. The mason jars, twin and gift tags I used in this video were all purchased at Target. The mason jars came in a pack of 2 for $3, the twine was $1 and the gift tags came in a pack of 6 for $1. Very inexpensive.
